Mondelēz International had a proof of concept for an interactive vending machine that needed to be re-conceived as a scalable, geo-dispersed solution (the diji-touch). Clarity designed and developed a solution that would introduce new products as well as to extend their brand and product mix beyond brick & mortar. The platform was developed to support tens of thousands of installations globally and includes a significant functionality for remote configuration, manageability and support. The platform allowed the company to serve dynamic advertising content, track anonymous user statistics, and dynamically change software applications based on time-period or marketing campaign.
